KARA operations, values and principles are guided by her Constitution & Rules. The highest organ of the Alliance is the Annual General Meeting which elects members of the Governing Council (GC). The Executive Committee (EC)gives guidance on the operation of the secretariat led by the Chief Executive Officer. The Secretariat works closely with multi-disciplinary committees composed of high caliber professionals in diverse fields who volunteer their time to the course of the Alliance
