KARA Annual Awards Submission

The KARA Annual Awards celebrate the outstanding efforts of Resident Associations in improving public service delivery and enhancing the quality of life in their communities. We invite Resident Associations across Kenya to submit their entries for this prestigious event and showcase their achievements in various service sectors.

Timelines and Guidelines for Submission

  1. This form must be completed and submitted by an authorized official of the Residents Association.
  2. Each Association may submit entries in a maximum of three (3) award categories. A separate form must be completed for each category.
  3. All sections of this form must be completed. Incomplete entries may not be considered.
  4. Supporting evidence must accompany every submission and may include reports, photographs, media coverage, letters, testimonials, meeting minutes or other relevant documentation.
  5. Activities described should have been implemented between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2026.
  6. Entries must demonstrate measurable impact on residents and contribution to improved neighbourhood governance and quality of life.
  7. All submissions must reach KARA by 00 p.m. on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
  8. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  9. The decision of the independent panel of judges shall be final.
  10. KARA reserves the right to verify any information submitted
