KARA, in partnership with Hanns Seidel Foundation Kenya and the County Government of Kisumu, hosted a Citizen Engagement Forum to discuss participatory governance in Kisumu.
The forum provided a platform to highlight key milestones, identify pressing challenges, and propose actionable recommendations for enhancing citizen participation in governance.
Through such engagements, KARA continues to empower residents to have a stronger voice in decision-making, fostering transparency, accountability, and inclusive development at the community level.
