Kenya Power has renewed its commitment to partner with KARA to improve customer experience in regard to the services it provides.

The partnership will see Kenya Power strengthen its engagement with Resident Associations with a view to addressing the challenges the resident face and getting feedback aimed at improving service delivery. The partnerships will also entail collaboration in the fight against illegal connections and vandalism of Kenya Power infrastructure across the country.

Speaking at his office when the KARA team paid him a courtesy call, the Kenya Power Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bernard Ngugi said that the Company recognizes efforts being made by KARA in championing the interests of its members and is keen to work with KARA to improve service provision across Kenya. Mr. KARA Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ochieng congratulated Mr. Ngugi on his new appointment and urged the him to ensure implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between KARA and Kenya Power signed last year. He said that the two organizations have jointly undertaken some activities in the past and urged that Kenya Power should provide more platforms and opportunities for its customers to directly engage with it and provide feedback that is useful in improving services.
